Tip#2: Set Internal and External Goals

Internally, push your team to maximize the opportunity of #GivingTuesday with a stretch goal. Externally, make sure your goal is attainable and attractive enough to encourage broad participation. If someone feels their gift will have a sizable impact, they’ll be more likely to offer support. Keep in mind that the average, online, #GivingTuesday gift value is $147.
